Name Wheel
Paste a list of names, one per line, and spin to pick one person at random. Turn on "Remove the winner" so the same name isn't picked twice.

How to use the name wheel
- 1Paste the names: Copy a column from a spreadsheet or class roster and paste it — each line becomes a slice.
- 2Spin: Everyone watches the wheel land, so nobody can say the pick was unfair.
- 3Keep going: With "Remove the winner" on, each picked name leaves the wheel until everyone has had a turn.
Ways people use a name wheel
- Classroom: pick who answers next or who presents first.
- Work: choose who runs the stand-up, takes notes or picks lunch.
- Secret Santa and gift swaps: draw names one at a time.
- Game night: decide who goes first.
Tips for long lists
The wheel holds up to 1,000 names. Past 100 names, labels get short, so use full screen on a projector. Use Remove duplicates if your list was pasted from more than one place.
Short answers
Can I save my class list?
Yes. Click Save and the wheel stays in this browser. Open it from Saved wheels next time — nothing is uploaded.
Can I pick two or more names at once?
Yes. In Settings, set several winners per spin (2–10). Names are picked without repeats in a single spin.
How do I show it on a classroom screen?
Press Fullscreen. The wheel fills the screen and you can spin with Space or a click.
