Privacy

Short version: your entries stay in your browser. We set no cookies of our own. We use Google Analytics and Google AdSense, and Paddle handles payments.

Your entries

The wheel runs in your browser. Entries, wheel titles and results are never sent to our server or to analytics. If you copy a share link or embed code, the list is stored inside that link, so anyone with the link can see it.

What is stored on your device

We use your browser's local storage, not cookies, for three things only: your saved wheels (up to 50), your settings, and your Pro token if you bought Pro. A background image or logo you add stays on your device. Clearing your browser data deletes all of it.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and clicks, such as "spin" or "share link copied". We never send entry text, winner names, wheel titles or anything you type. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, analytics and ad storage stay off until you agree in the consent message.

Ads

Free pages show ads from Google AdSense. Google may use cookies to show and measure ads. You can choose your options in the consent message; for the US, see "Your US state privacy rights" below. Pro turns ads off in your browser.

Your US state privacy rights

Some US states (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and others) give you the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information for targeted ads. We don't sell data for money. Google AdSense may use cookies and device data to show ads on this site, which these laws can treat as "sharing". To opt out, use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link that Google shows on this site to visitors in those states. Questions: contact@spinthewheelkit.com.

Payments

Pro is sold by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle collects your payment details and email and sends the receipt. We receive the transaction ID to unlock Pro. When you use Restore Pro, we look up your email at Paddle to find your purchase; we don't keep it.
