What are the odds on a spin wheel?
With equal slices, each entry's chance is 1 divided by the number of entries: 1 in 8 (12.5%) on an 8-slice wheel. An entry listed twice has double the chance.

With weights (Pro), the chance is the entry's weight divided by the total of all weights. Weights 3, 1 and 1 give 60%, 20% and 20%.
Chances don't build up over spins. A name that hasn't won in 10 spins isn't "due".
