How does a spinner wheel pick a winner?

The wheel draws a secure random number, maps it to one slice, and then animates so the pointer lands inside that slice.

Step 1: a random number is drawn with crypto.getRandomValues.

Step 2: the number selects an entry. Each entry covers an equal share, or a share equal to its weight with Pro weights.

Step 3: the wheel spins with an ease-out and stops at a random point inside the winner's slice, never on a border, so there's no doubt who won.
